Before we head to our sixth grade field trip to Seussical, the musical, on March 17th , students will use look back at some of the well-known books from Dr. Seuss.
Next week in reading students will work together in groups discuss and analyze the theme from their story and create a visual representation, or literary graffiti, that symbolizes the message from the author. It will be interesting to see how their understanding of their favorites books have changed after reading them as sixth graders!
